Our club is open to all who enjoy creative photography from any skill level and with any type of camera from top DSLR's to cell phones.
Litchfield Hills Camera Club
Our club began in 1953 as the "Canton Camera Club" serving photography enthusiasts of all ages in the Canton / Collinsville / Harwinton, CT area and neighboring towns.
We have since changed our name to "Litchfield Hills Camera Club"
The new name represents the many communities in Northwest Connecticut.

We are a non-profit organization run by volunteers who all share a love of photography. Our members are mostly “recreational photographers” with a diverse mix of skills and experience. Members have an opportunity to participate in monthly image and print competitions and to take part in quarterly club to club competitions.
Our meetings are fun and educational with a "Share Learn Teach" approach to photography. Images and prints that have been judged are displayed and ribbons are awarded. Select digital slide shows are presented at many meetings as well as presentations covering many aspects of photography.
During the year our club holds photographic workshops in the field, followed by digital processing & workflow presentations at select meetings.
For members who cannot attend the meetings they are presented in ZOOM.
